Welcome to Geek Supplements. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website geeknutri.shop (the "Site") and every purchase made through it. The Site is operated by Vellys Company LLC, a company registered in the United States, with mailing address at 2335 E Atlantic Blvd, Ste 200, Pompano Beach, FL 33062, USA ("we", "us").

By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site. These Terms work together with our Refund & Return Policy, Shipping Policy, and Privacy Policy, which form part of the agreement between us.

1. Eligibility

To place an order you must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract. By ordering, you confirm that you meet these requirements and that all information you provide is accurate and complete.

2. Products and Important Health Notice

We sell dietary supplements and related products. Please note:

  • Our products are not medicines. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
  • Product descriptions are provided for general information and do not constitute medical advice.
  • Always read the label before use and do not exceed the recommended intake. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
  • If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medication, or have a medical condition, consult a healthcare professional before use.

We make reasonable efforts to display products accurately, but small variations in packaging, labeling, or appearance may occur, especially between production batches.

3. Orders and Acceptance

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we confirm the order and it is accepted for processing. We may refuse or cancel any order — for example, in cases of suspected fraud, stock unavailability, pricing errors, or delivery restrictions to your location. If we cancel an order you have already paid for, we will refund you in full.

We may also limit quantities per customer and restrict the countries we deliver to at any time. We currently deliver to the United Kingdom.

4. Prices, Currency, and Payment

  • All prices on the Site are displayed in pounds sterling (GBP).
  • The amount charged to your card may differ slightly from the displayed price if your bank or card issuer applies currency conversion or foreign transaction fees. These fees and any exchange-rate variations are set by your bank, are outside our control, and are not refundable by us.
  • Payment is due in full at the time of order, through the payment methods shown at checkout. Payments are processed by secure third-party payment processors; we do not store your full card details.
  • Import taxes and customs charges, where they apply, are handled as described in our Shipping Policy (our orders ship on a DDU basis — see that policy for details).

5. Pricing Errors

Despite our care, a price on the Site may occasionally be displayed incorrectly due to a technical or human error. If an item's listed price is manifestly wrong, we reserve the right to cancel the order — even after confirmation — and refund you in full, immediately, to your original payment method. We will notify you by email if this happens.

6. Your Responsibilities

When using the Site, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current information, including a complete and correct shipping address;
  • Use the Site and products only for lawful, personal purposes;
  • Not resell our products commercially without our written consent;
  • Keep any account credentials confidential, if an account feature is offered.

If a delivery fails because the address you provided was incorrect or incomplete, the rules in our Shipping Policy apply.

7. Our Responsibilities

We are responsible for:

  • Supplying products that match their description and are of satisfactory quality, as required by the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015;
  • Processing orders, refunds, and returns as described in our published policies;
  • Handling your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.

Delivery time estimates depend on carriers and customs authorities and are estimates, not guarantees — see our Shipping Policy.

8. Prohibited Conduct

You must not:

  • Use the Site for any fraudulent or unlawful purpose;
  • Attempt to interfere with the Site's security or operation, or access data not intended for you;
  • Copy, scrape, or reproduce Site content for commercial purposes without permission;
  • Place orders using false identities or payment methods you are not authorized to use;
  • Abuse our return, refund, or promotional systems.

We may suspend access, cancel orders, and refuse future service in response to violations.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including the Geek Supplements name, logo, texts, images, page design, and product descriptions — is owned by or licensed to Vellys Company LLC and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use it without our prior written permission, except for normal personal browsing and shopping.

10. Third-Party Links

The Site may contain links to third-party websites or services. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices. Accessing them is at your own discretion.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by the law of your country of residence:

  • We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, loss of profit, or losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was made;
  • Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order;
  • We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including carrier delays, customs processing, strikes, or natural events.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits what cannot legally be excluded, including our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or your statutory rights as a consumer under the laws of your country of residence — including the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015. If any part of this section conflicts with a mandatory consumer right you hold, that right prevails.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on the Site at the moment you place an order is the one that applies to that order. The "Last updated" date at the top shows the current version. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, where Vellys Company LLC is registered, and disputes are subject to the courts of that jurisdiction — with one important exception: if you are a consumer, you always keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of your country of residence, and nothing in this clause deprives you of the right to bring a claim before the courts of your own country where that law grants it. For customers in the United Kingdom, this includes your rights under UK consumer protection law.

These Terms and our policies are written in English. If we publish translations for convenience, the English version prevails in case of any difference in meaning.
